1. The service

BPMDetector.online ("the Service") provides a free, browser-based tool that estimates the tempo (BPM), musical key, and related metadata of audio files you select. Analysis happens locally in your browser.

2. Acceptance

By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

3. Acceptable use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and only with audio you have the right to use. You agree not to attempt to disrupt, overload, or abuse the Service or its hosting infrastructure.

4. Accuracy disclaimer

Tempo and key detection are estimates produced by automatic signal-processing algorithms. Results may be incorrect (including octave-related half/double BPM errors). Do not rely on results as the sole basis for professional, commercial, or safety-critical decisions — verify important results by ear or with a second tool.

5. Intellectual property

The Service's code and design are owned by the operator of BPMDetector.online. Your audio remains entirely yours: since files are processed on your device, we acquire no rights to your content.

6. Availability and changes

The Service is provided as-is and may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time without notice.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided without warranties of any kind, and the operator is not liable for any damages arising from use of the Service.
